Spot auto-invest FAQ
1. I can't create auto-invest trading bots. What went wrong?
• Limit exceeded: currently, users can enable up to 50 bots for all bot types, including spot auto-invest bots.
• Your spot account has an insufficient balance. You can't use the frozen assets to open orders if you have pending orders in your spot account.
2. Which trading pairs are suitable for auto-invest trading bots?
• If you are new to trading, select popular trading pairs with high liquidity, like BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT.
3. What are the transaction fees for spot auto-invest trading?
• The transaction fees for spot auto-invest trading are the same as spot trading. Check the Bitget fee schedule for more details.
4. What is the quote currency and base currency?
• The base currency is the first currency in the a trading pair, and the second part is the quote currency The two currencies are usually separated by a slash, e.g., BTC/USDT. In the BTC/USDT trading pair, BTC is the base currency and USDT is the quote currency.
5. What does the auto-invest trading bot status mean?
• To be triggered: the auto-invest trading bot has been created but not activated yet.
• Running: the bot has been triggered.
• Expired: the auto-invest trading bot has been stopped.
• Canceled: the auto-invest trading bot has been manually stopped.
6. The bot will be automatically stopped if there are insufficient funds left when the bot is triggered.
• The auto-invest trading bots don't use account funds. It can be easily triggered but if there aren't enough funds in your account (available funds less than the auto-invest amount), auto-investing will be affected.
• When the feature is enabled, the bot will be automatically stopped. When the feature is not enabled, the current investment period will be skipped automatically, and a new investment period will begin when there are insufficient funds. In that case, make sure you have enough asset in your account so your trading bot runs properly.
Notes:
• Assets: make sure you set aside sufficient assets before each bot starts running.
• Trading account risk warning: be aware of the risk of position liquidation due to changes in assets in your trading account.
• Abnormal situation warning: the auto-invest trading bots will automatically be stopped if a coin experiences an unusual event such as suspension or delisting.
