US SEC Delays Decisions on All Spot Bitcoin ETF Applications:
As we explain in Bitcoin Spot ETF - When will be the Approval Date, based on the previous approval process of Bitcoin spot ETFs, the probability of getting approved in the first or second reply is very low.
We predict that the most likely time for this round of Bitcoin spot ETFs to be approved will occur 240 days after the announcement of the 19b-4 published in the Federal Register, which is the Final Reply Date.
