Ethereum Foundation Announces Applications Open for Cohort 4 of the Next Billion Scholarship
On November 28th, according to the official blog, the Ethereum Foundation announced that the application for the fourth cohort of the "Next Billion Fellowship" is now open and will end on January 15th, 2024.
The fellowship aims to find people with stories to tell about their personal experiences and future projects. Researchers are required to express their project's vision in public and openly share their articles or code with the community. Previous projects have included research, building proof of concept, and "extended collaboration" plans beyond Web3.
