On December 18, IOST, a blockchain technology application platform, announced that the IRC-100 Protocol had suffered a large-scale attack before its launch, as well as network congestion and downtime due to unfamiliarity with the IOST environment. User funds are safe. Due to a full transaction pool, new transactions are facing delay issues. The network has reached its capacity for processing transactions, and pending transactions are still waiting. Network upgrades will solve this problem.
