Solana Mobile: Saga phones not marked as suspicious orders will ship before the end of the year
Solana Mobile announced on social media that last week, demand for the Solana Web3 phone Saga was so high that it sold out of the limited stock of 20,000 devices produced globally in both the United States and European countries. While trying to fulfill orders, Solana Mobile encountered inventory management issues with third-party distributors, resulting in incorrect inventory reporting. Therefore, Solana Mobile regrets that it cannot fulfill orders placed after the stock has been depleted. In addition, Solana Mobile has canceled orders marked as suspicious activity due to an excessive number of device orders or payment risks, in order to deliver Saga to as many users as possible. Affected customers have been notified of their order cancellations and will receive refunds in the next few days. If users have not received a cancellation notice, their Saga is in the regular process. The Solana Mobile team is prioritizing shipments and all shipping notifications should be sent out by the end of the year.
