FileMarket founder: The future of data privacy lies in fully homomorphic encryption
Llya Orlov, founder and CEO of decentralized P2P file-sharing platform FileMarket, stated that the data sharing economy is rapidly developing and decentralized data storage is the "new real estate." The future of data privacy lies in fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), which is an encryption technology that allows encrypted data to be calculated without decryption. Orlov expects that FHE will be widely adopted next year and surpass the limitations of current zero-knowledge (ZK) methods.
