JFK Jr.: SBF not facing second trial on additional charges shows corruption has become normalized
According to the US prosecutor's statement that it will abandon the second trial of additional charges against SBF, US presidential candidate Robert Kennedy (the nephew of former President John Kennedy) stated on X platform: "No one is even surprised by this. Prior to this, prosecutors wrote to US District Judge Lewis Kaplan last Friday, stating that they will abandon the trial plan for charges of SBF conspiracy to bribe foreign officials, bank fraud, and unlicensed transfer of funds.
