Standard Chartered Bank: Bitcoin price may reach $200,000 by the end of 2025
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is widely expected to approve the trading of Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETF) on spot trading platforms this week. Standard Chartered Bank stated that these funds could bring in between $50 to $100 billion in capital this year. Therefore, the bank believes that the price of Bitcoin may reach $200,000 by the end of 2025.
Standard Chartered Bank also expects the SEC to approve Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETF) on spot trading platforms in the second quarter of this year.
