Do Kwon requests delay in SEC v. Terraform Labs trial until mid-March
On January 12th, in response to the lawsuit filed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against Terraform Labs, the company's founder Do Kwon expressed a desire to appear in court in person and requested that the trial be postponed until mid-March 2024. It is reported that Kwon's lawyer submitted a letter on January 11th stating that Kwon wanted to appear in person, but he is expected to be extradited no earlier than February or March. The case was originally scheduled to be heard in January 2024.
