On January 13th, it was reported that US asset management company Vanguard is one of the largest shareholders of MicroStrategy. As of September 2023, Vanguard holds an 8.24% stake in the company, making it the second largest institutional shareholder.
MicroStrategy's stock is also part of several mutual fund portfolios under Vanguard, including the Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund, Vanguard Small-Cap Index Fund, Vanguard Extended Market Index Fund, and Vanguard Small-Cap Growth Index Fund. Additionally, according to the page displayed, as of September 2023, BlackRock holds a 6.63% stake in MicroStrategy.
