Chainlink has announced a partnership with Circle Internet Financial to enhance the cross-chain capabilities of stablecoin transfers. The integration of Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP) into Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) will enable the secure transfer of USDC stablecoin across diverse blockchain networks. The collaboration will provide users with a secure and capital-efficient method for transferring USDC across chains, leveraging Circle's CCTP. Chainlink's Risk Management Network will continually monitor and verify cross-chain operations for abnormal activity, ensuring robust security measures.
