SC Ventures, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank, opens new office in Abu Dhabi
SC Ventures, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank, announced the establishment of a new office in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) to explore opportunities in digital assets and fintech. Gautam Jain, a former executive at HSBC and Citibank, will serve as the head. Last November, SC Ventures announced a $100 million joint venture fund for digital assets with Japan's SBI and also launched the tokenization platform Libeara.
