Ice (ICE) disclosed on its official social media that it has received a large number of community complaints after its exclusive launch on OKX, including issues such as "users having difficulty searching for ICE tokens on OKX and trading being restricted due to local compliance requirements." In addition, the Chinese community also has additional issues such as "users not obtaining ICE tokens through distribution and being unable to purchase ICE tokens." In response, ICE stated that it has reported the matter to the OKX official team and stated that "OKX has not yet taken specific actions to solve or correct these issues." It is reported that OKX announced the launch of Ice (ICE) tokens on its spot trading market on January 15th. In response, OKX CEO Star stated that for a long time, OKX has different listing policies in different jurisdictions based on regulatory requirements and from the perspective of protecting retail investors. It stated that it will continue to cooperate with ICE and try its best to meet the needs of customers.
