Bloomberg: Families of hostages and attack victims sued by Hamas for allegedly facilitating Hamas violence
According to Bloomberg, relatives of an American mother who was kidnapped by Hamas in Gaza and two men who died after the terrorist group's attack on October 7th have sued Binance for allegedly assisting violent behavior.
Judith Raanan was released on October 20th with her daughter. On Wednesday in a Manhattan court, Judith Raanan and relatives of the victims Itay Glisko and Dr. Daniel Levi Ludmir filed a lawsuit in federal court against the digital asset trading platform as well as Iran and Syria. The lawsuit targets Binance for allowing Hamas to conduct transactions on its platform.
