Adrian Cheng: Plans to submit proposals to the two sessions to build an IP exchange in Hong Kong
Zheng Zhigang, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of Hong Kong New World Development, has prepared a series of proposals for this year's two sessions, including building a world-oriented Chinese cultural IP trading platform. Last year, based on Hong Kong's role in national digital economic development, Zheng Zhigang proposed the establishment of a "digital special zone" and digital exchange in the Hong Kong River Estuary. This year, he will also suggest that relevant units relax restrictions on local talent, funds, and materials exchanges, gradually promoting the free and orderly flow of factors between Hong Kong and the mainland within the area.
