Bitcoin miner Bitfarms exercises previously announced purchase option for 28,000 Bitmain T21 mining rigs
Bitfarms, a Bitcoin mining company, announced the exercise of its previous purchase option for 28,000 Bitmain T21 miners, and additionally purchased 19,280 Bitmain T21 miners, 3,888 Bitmain S2 miners, and 740 Bitmain S21 Hydro miners. Previously, Golden Finance reported that Bitfarms announced a $375 million market stock issuance plan, allowing the company to independently decide to sell its common stock through agents from time to time during the plan period.
