VanEck announces that its Bitcoin spot ETF will waive some management fees until March 31, 2025
VanEck has announced that from March 12, 2024 to March 31, 2025, the VanEck Bitcoin Trust (HODL) will waive all management fees on the initial $1.5 billion in trust assets. If the trust assets exceed $1.5 billion before March 31, 2025, the management fee for the excess amount will be 0.20%. All investors will bear the same management fee, which is the weighted average of these rates. After March 31, 2025, the management fee will return to 0.20%.
