SHIB will replace its leadership and transfer project control to the community before the end of the year
The anonymous lead developers of the Memecoin project Shiba Inu (SHIB), Shytoshi Kusama and Kaal Dhairya, have given their first interview to Arab Business. Kusama stated that he entered the crypto industry due to the influence of a super-rich passenger while he was an Uber driver, and later contacted SHIB's anonymous creator Ryoshi. He aims for SHIB to become a Dogecoin killer and aspires it to be "the world's first decentralized entity worth trillions of dollars". He pointed out that currently less than 5% of people worldwide use cryptocurrency, and Meme will serve as a gateway into cryptocurrency and blockchain. Both Kusama and Dhairya have not abandoned their anonymity plans. Furthermore, they plan on transferring control of the project over to the community by year-end with dedicated committees leading certain aspects. They see no need in revealing their identities stating "we could sit in this coffee shop without security or anyone recognizing us; this is actually more valuable than any money."
