U.S. congressional Republicans call for Harris' impeachment and Biden's resignation
Republican lawmakers in the US Congress have submitted a resolution to impeach Vice President Kamala Harris and called for President Biden to resign. Representative Andy Biggs has called for the impeachment of Harris for her "crimes and misdemeanors". The resolution alleges that the US Vice President has committed "serious" violations and recommends that the issue be submitted to the Senate for review after approval by the House of Representatives. Biggs confirmed the information on social media platform X.
