StarkWare plans to integrate Cosmos's IBC protocol into Starknet

PANews reported on July 26th, according to The Block, StarkWare will collaborate with Informal Systems to integrate the IBC protocol of Cosmos into Starknet. This integration will enable Starknet to connect with any chain compatible with the IBC, including all chains within the Cosmos ecosystem and other chains that adopt this feature. As a Layer 2 network for Ethereum, Starknet ensures high throughput and low transaction costs by using STARK proofs while maintaining the security of the main network. This move aims to enhance Starknet's decentralization and interoperability.
