Tether Treasury has transferred 140 million USDT to Bitfinex

According to Whale Alert monitoring, Tether Treasury has transferred a total of 140 million USDT to Bitfinex through two transactions (70 million USDT each). Prior to this, Tether Treasury had minted an additional 1 billion USDT.
