The Ethereum Foundation transferred 14,250 DAI to addresses such as mechers.eth yesterday

According to Arkham's monitoring data, the Ethereum Foundation transferred 14,250 DAI yesterday, which includes:

1. Transferred 10,000 DAI to an address starting with 0x9624, worth about $10,000;

2. Transferred 1,500 DAI to mechers.eth, equivalent to $1,500;

3. Transferred 1,500 DAI to OpenSea User (0x211), equivalent to $1,500;

4. Transferred 1250 DAI to an address starting with 0x842B , equivalent to $1250.

In addition,the Ethereum Foundation also transferred several small amounts of ETHs yesterday towards CEX and multiple addresses without clear markings.
