Ras Al-Khaimah Launches Legal Framework for Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO) in Free Zone for Digital Assets
The United Arab Emirates' region of Ras Al-Khaimah (RAK) has introduced a legal framework for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) in its digital asset free zone. The DAO Association Regime (DARe) is specifically designed for DAOs and aims to provide a structured legal framework. The announcement was made via a press release on Tuesday.
