How to open a BRL account?
Step 1: Navigate to
Buy Crypto and select
Bank Deposit. Choose
BRL and click
Next if you are a new user.
Step 2: Follow the steps to bind your mobile number and email address, then complete identity verification (KYC) with Capitual.
Step 3: After completing identity verification (KYC) with Capitual, please allow 1 to 2 working days for processing.

You can make transfers from any Brazilian bank, but the account holder's name and the taxpayer (CPF) number must match the name you used for Identity Verification with Bitget.
4. In case of issues with my transfer, how long will it take to be refunded?
If you encounter any issues with the transfer, such as selecting the wrong account type or providing incorrect or missing bank details, the funds will be returned within 48 hours.
5. Can I transfer directly without placing an order on Bitget.com?
No, you must place an order on Bitget before making any transfer from a bank account.
6. What happens if I make a transfer different than the order amount?
For transfers via PIX, the transferred amount must correspond to the value of the order placed on Bitget. If you enter a different value when creating the order, you must create a new order with the correct value.
7. How long does it take for my withdrawal to complete?
Your withdrawal orders will be processed immediately if created within banking hours. The execution process can take up to 2 business days. Please ensure you select the correct account type (checking or savings) to successfully withdraw your funds.
Note: Transactions over R$1,000.00 (one thousand BRL), when requested outside of banking hours to an external bank, will be executed in the next window during banking hours.
